Our story

Shaping Ideas into Impact.

The 4th Shirt—because no matter how many backup plans you have, there’s always room for one more. It all started back in October 2018 during a project in Brussels. While training managers and entrepreneurs in a co-creation setting, we reflected on our approach and saw opportunities to make our methods more adaptable, ensuring they better supported the unique goals of each team.

In the middle of a teammate’s travel mishap (a cologne-soaked suitcase and three ruined shirts!) and with over 10 years of accumulated experience, The 4th Shirt idea was born. Inspired by the need for flexible, creativity-driven approaches, we set out to apply the right methodologies to help businesses stay agile and reach their full potential.
